My dad took me to the Circus and the Ice Capades for the first time in 1945. Took my kids and grandkids. We quit going to the Ice Capades several years ago because it just changed too much. Another wonderful memory that kids no longer will have.
My Dad took my brother and I to see the Ringling Bros. circus in 1956 where we saw the Cisco Kid and Poncho ride into the big tent on their horses while firing their six shooters.
