The Chargers made their relocation to Los Angeles official on Thursday morning, and the team immediately unveiled a new logo as a result.
The club's official Twitter account was first to post the new artwork, which looks somewhat like a modernized ripoff of the Dodgers 'LA' logo. Not surprisingly, it didn't take long for the internet to rip it to shreds.
Here are some of the best jabs at the unspectacular new emblem.

Sorry. This SoCal native has done increasingly better and better, without NFL teams and now without the NFL period.
Overpaid criminals in uniforms isn’t a reason to waste hours and hours.
Wow. They got savaged.
Perfect!
Pretty funny how the LA Coliseum has already became a ghost town as the Rams sucked the life out of the fans.
And the Rams mortgaged their future to get Goff....Ooops!
Exactly!
No they don’t. Our production company works with the NFL on viewership numbers ratings and SD has an average TV viewership, not low, not high. It just doesn’t TL into seats. I know, it’s weird. And I wont watch the NFL in L.A live either, it’s like watching Dodgers games. It’s like being in mexico if you catch my drift...
USC will have a better starting QB than the Rams in 2017.
The Chicken from KGB radio station!
LOL, same here. We were fine without ANY NFL teams. It’s just a fad, just like the Rams. Heck, I dont even like going to Dodgers stadium due to traffic etc, and especially it’s like watching a soccer game in tijuana if you know what Im talking about...
Frankly, that looks like the logo for some high school team from the 60s.
And you’ll get to see the Raiders in LA again!
That Gene Klein was the best owner the Chargers ever had says it all about that star-crossed franchise. I predict the Chargers will eventually end up in a different city in a different state and with a new name.
Did they pay for that? Fail.
Yep, assuming the Raiders move to Las Vegas a lot of LA folks will make the trip to go see them...
Interstate 15 will be jammed on game day!
True Dat! Darnold's first thought has to be, "Please Cleveland, win some games next year!"
It may be a ghost town on Sunday afternoons in the fall, but not on Saturday afternoons.
Yep, that was his reaction to the “Holy Roller”.
If the Raiders played a game in LA, either against the Rams or Chargers, it will be like a home game for them, that’s for sure.
Kind of like how it used to be when the Cowboys played in Arizona.
