A police officer stopped a vehicle for a driving violation just after midnight Tuesday in the city of Ramsey. During the stop, the officer found out the vehicle had been stolen and discovered a woman in labor and seven juveniles with packing tape over their mouths.
There were three adults in the vehicle. The woman who was in labor was transported to a hospital, according to the Ramsey Police Department.
Seven juveniles who were also in the vehicle were initially found unresponsive with the tape over their mouths.
Police say there was no immediate threat to their safety and released them to family members.
One of the adults, a man, was arrested on possession of a stolen vehicle.
Probably not illegal, but definately one of Obama’s sons.

Well, as a fellow Minnesotan, you know that our strange mix is capable of producing some real strange news reports.
We all had a good laugh at work today when these details came out.
I’m glad my wife didn’t think of duct tape during our first child.
“Okay Honey - just breathe, it will be okay, in - out, relax, it will be okay...”
“Just SHUT UP! YOU did this to me!!!”
She later apologized. “And next time - I’m taking the epidural!”
