Yikes! I believe I’d move.
I know people who bought little bungalows in the Bay Area in the late 60s —80s for $35k — $180k. Those are appraised at over a million now.
Sheesh, I’d cash out, move out, roll over the equity and live on the interest.

I consider the chocolate dipped strawberries I sent (from a business trip) to my 24 year old daughter and none-of-your-business year old wife for their Birthdays to be essentials. ;-P
