But also like the Italian beef from Chicago, horseshoe sandwiches from southern Illinois, burnt end sandwiches in Kansas City, catfish sandwiches from the south, pork tenderloin in Ohio, loose meat in Iowa, gyros from anywhere with a Greek population. They’re missing a lot of good eating, though the East and West Coast-types would probably turn their noses up at it.
