Hatch green chili’s and jalapeno’s are a staple in this home. We have jalapeno’s mixed in with our ground venison when processed. We add bacon too but that;s beside the point.

I’m more of a red man, but I love a good Green Chili Cheeseburger. Either way, Hatch’s chiles are all good. I lived in New Mexico surrounded by chili farms, and I really miss fresh-roasted chili. It’s hard to get real spice anywhere outside the Southwest.
