Well ok.
I started reading this one with the “oh brother, here is yet more nonsense by the Obamas, with Oprah” but then I realized this was actually potentially interesting.
Women do NOT like to camp. I like to camp. This has always been a conflict, seeming intractible. Maybe there are women who like it, but by and large I just find women do not like to camp.
One can enjoy camping, but by and large one then, camps alone.
Maybe this is an answer. Will need to do some searching on this, thanks.

Here is a website listing Glamping places. Actually this seems pretty interesting.
Still think that a tent seems more fun, but I for one, am intrigued by this.
But a nice little trailer with AC and a tub and an on-demand water heater.
Glamping is camping with flush toilets. Women can go for that.
