I've probably experienced something similar, but it began in the lower-stomach area and extended to my genitals. It was sudden, like getting stabbed suddenly. The pain was so severe that I nearly collapsed, and it lasted for maybe 20 or 30 minutes, perhaps even an hour. I got clammy too, sweaty, and nearly fainted, and for about a couple of weeks afterwards I had lingering pain in my abdomen and genitals. Not severe, but constant, occasionally unbearable. I also had blood in my stool, constantly, and of a severe, black coloring. Oh, and one of my testicles lifted up, like it was getting pulled.
Didn't bother to mention it to anyone and eventually I got better on my own. The testy went back to its normal spot too, thankfully, as that's scary to look at. It's been about a couple of years since the incident.

Reminds me of my father’s perennial advice when I got nailed in the nether regions: place your mouth securely over your fist, just above the thumb, and blow really hard; they WILL pop back out! He’d usually be laughing, but it worked. Damn, I miss that old fart.
