SCARBOROUGH: Here’s the problem with the teleprompter. If somebody types in —he was reading because you can tell — if somebody types in “privacy” instead of “piracy” and you just read the teleprompter and say, “We’re going to cut down on the rise of privacy,” it’s a problem. No, he said it. “We’re going to cut down on the rise of privacy.” I thought Dick Cheney tried that and it got him in trouble. We don’t do teleprompters here.
