Federal contracting guidelines that require diversity metrics, diversity training and hiring of X-studies grads to give such training and fill out that paperwork will be changed. End result, the productive sector subsidization of those disciplines will disappear, and you’ll have fewer people from X-studies getting jobs in Human Resources as compared to someone with a business degree. The politicization of HR will decrease at most companies that implemented it because it is cheaper to socially engineer a workforce than build a better jet or cheaper missile.
Title 9 interpretations under Obama will be switched back to the old definition. No more rape tribunals at colleges without due process held by womens’ studies departments. No more federal government education funds dependent on catering to the transgender mania for colleges or K-12 schools.
Many rules, regulations and designations to put land and resources off limits to development will be undone. Logging, ranching, hunting, oil drilling will begin again on that land.
Electric bills will stop rising faster than the rate of inflation due to federal renewable energy mandates and guidelines that resulted in wind and solar being built and backed up by natural gas turbines that kick in when renewables aren’t working, when it is cheaper to build ONLY the natural gas plants and run them constantly.
There are two plants being built in Georgia, two in South Carolina.
Given the capital costs and multi-year timeframes, I don’t think there will be a rush to build even more.
What we COULD see is many of the existing plants that have operating licenses rush to get them renewed, and possibly new pebble bed reactors as additions to existing nuclear power plants.
A cool thing would be adding new hydro-electric capacity at existing dams, something the ASME said would equal about 1% of our current capacity. And NIMBY doesn’t apply because the dams are already there.
We will become more vulnerable to muzzie terrorism.

I hope you’re wrong about that, with Trump being less Moose-limb sympathetic, but yeah, definitely possible.
I mentioned nuke plants because they bypass the stupid carbon emissions envirowacko junk. That’s my response to the blue states who want to increase our taxes to FIGHT CLIMATE CHANGE REEEEEEEEEE - force them to make new nuke plants.
Yeah, I was just thinking about nuke plants as a response to morons who want to take away all of our cars and tax us into abject poverty (or more poverty than we’re already experiencing).
In order to increase our production we will have to increase the size of our processing facilities (refineries, LNG facilities, product loading facilities and Gas separation facilities, etc.)

Probably the whole reason we’ve been able to get by without all of this expense is our importation of oil. So you’re right, asking for good results in four years is bit of a stretch.
The big problem with oil importation is, of course, capriciousness of our suppliers. Their self-interest sometimes clashes with our own, thereby causing shortages.
Building all of the things you mention would be long-term investments for energy independence. Short-term expense for long-term savings and stability.
After some significant degree of such energy independence, we would see incredible results, results that would be unthinkable today. It may even help to collapse the Muslim terror organizations in the Middle East.
