Heh. Most people could get out to shop yesterday, but there was probably nothing in the stores.

So far this year every time they have forecast massive amounts of solidified globull warmthing it has fizzled out. Most we got was about 4" or so that was immediately followed by temps in the high 40's with sunbeams that promptly dissipated the evidence. And this last 'storm' left at most a dusting. Further East they got it so it must be fun down in Warren Wilhelm Jr.'s world..
Haven't had to fire up the Olde Deere yet for cause.

Some of our NC Forum people had up to 8”, but with the sunshine, the roads cleared up quickly even in the mountains. It’s been very pretty, though, with the ice on the trees and bushes. The bamboo forest near our church was all bent over from the ice this morning.

Have you checked that the Olde Deere starts this year?

Not an expert on that smokey hole, but I think you would need to be stood right outside the Tower of London to get that shot.

Cables are readily available, especially at the $5 and below stores. My Nano fell out of my pocket on the subway and I am still upset. Got an iPhone 7 and now use that as my player.

These are London Pigeons.....Chuck Norris with feathers.
You only have to give one a ‘Power assisted take off” whilst walking along , and the World comes to a sudden halt. *Shock,Horror!*
Seriously, they have developed a sense of importance.

I suspect you’d need a License of some description to obtain that goal.
When they where desperate to reduce the numbers in Trafalgar Square they strictly controlled how it was done. Open season for any local Airgun owners.....Oh, no. Far too simple. A specialist company was brought in...*que the Benny Hill theme tune*.

Yes.
When I reordered the shed-in-a-box to put the walk-behind mowers in the back and give a preeminent frontal space to the Olde Deere for ease of access if needed, I checked vital fluids and fired it up to verify that it started and that the auger engaged and the transmission would transmit both in forward motion and reverse..
But I have done that in previous years only to be confounded when the temp is brrr-cold and solidified glowbull warmthing is smothering the landscape. Hopefully my adjustment of the auger engagement safety switch thing (as reported last year) will allow it to continue to start when the brrr-cld and solidified glowbull warmthing is in vogue. Since only one of those two conditions (the brrr-cold) is presently in effect, I have no desire to go give it a try right now.. ;-)
But my New RedRidingThing has a flat tire..

That’s good news. As soon as you said Snow, I thought “ Here we go...”
Flat Tyre...Just rotate the flat bit to the Top, problem fixed.
Must go, Tomorrow is only 90 mins away. :)

Not I said the chicken, but my laundry is sorted and I’m about ready to head for the laundry room. This is not a good morning.
Accordian to the weather-beeber, it’s 46 and cloudy. I don’t want to go wash clothes, but I have to. Somehow, all my washcloths have gone walkabout, and I have three left out of six that came in the set. That’s not good. It’s hard to misplace something that is bright yellow.

Maybe the washer ate them. I have found that I need to search diligently to get all the clothes out of Sloshy and into the dryer.
