When the 115th Congress convenes on January 3rd, a Resolution for Impeachment should be introduced in the House as the first order of business upon opening, even before the enumeration is called on the Electoral College results.
Obviously it would go nowhere, as time is WAY too short for even a vote on the resolution, but it would be a symbolic move.
It would be a slamming shut of the door going out, with a very good possibility that the doorknob could do plentiful anal damage.

I say don’t go there. Keep focused on the road ahead and let the legal system deal with the one behind us. The Appeals Court ruling a few days ago moving forward on the law suit against the State Department by Judicial Watch is about to turn up one of two things. Either the still withheld and total accounting of all the e-mails, that will now grow into the Kerry era, or evidence of massive destruction of government property.
A good prosecutor, and we have one in Sessions, will follow the trail of indicting the lowers along the way using the whistle blower laws to ferret them out in addition to offering deals to those who will not go along willingly. All the while, as each one succumbs, the bureaucrats of the outgoing administration will get more and more uncomfortable and start to make mistakes and then they themselves will start to reach out for deals as they can see the train coming and it will not be on a slow cruise. Or, they will be found to have committed Arkancide. Either way, it will get to the top and beyond of the stinking pile of excrement to include Soros being offered up in a swap deal for Snowden.
