Yup. Huge demographic changes in the East Bay over the last few decades. Those areas used to be primarily white, and stable. Now getting their share of black and latino gangs, with lots of crime. Same thing happening to other towns in the north bay, in Santa Rosa, Petaluma, Vallejo, Fairfield, etc., getting hit with their share of racial unrest. They used to be safe white towns.
