The thing about Ødungo is that he shrewdly used surrogates to do his dirtywork. In this way he seldom got any of the negative blowback. It was always hillary’s fault, or jarret’s fault. Or the thugs he hired to be AG, IRS director, etc.

Another thing is that he is deliberately conflating personal approval (which he scores pretty high) with performance (which he rates low).
