I recommend balanced. If you use the computer and it’s on AC power it will supply full voltage to the cpu and if you walk away for a bit it will down clock and eventually sleep. Honestly you won’t notice the difference in performance.

Honestly you won’t notice the difference in performance. I use advanced, and the Sleep works fine, but wanted to know what the CPU settings mean.
