Starting a sentence with “So” and saying “like forever”. So I think it’s a millennial think kind of like all the beards these kids sport these days ;-)
Drives me nuts. First heard it a few years ago and it spread like wildfire. It's basically a stalling technique for snowflakes to gather their thoughts and wake up their brains from the distraction of their phone in their face.
