This is my idea:
If enough signatures get collected (several million), let’s do with California what Great Britain did with Ireland. Let each county vote on whether to leave, and those who want to leave can do so, but those who want to stay in the U.S. can also do so.
Remove California’s votes and Trump would have won the popular vote.

It’s not California’s votes. It’s primarily Los Angeles COUNTY.
One California county and New York gave her the popular vote. No wonder fringe lunatic liberals want to end the Electoral College.

Although, I’d just assume carve out the top 1/3-ish of the state and call that “California” and discard the rest.

Has he violated his oath? The Constitution does not permit secession, we fought the most violent war in our history to ensure the States remained United.
