I was there in the 1980s. Took me a while to be convinced it referred to “that” Col. Glenn. Back then, we generally didn’t name things after living people.

Lived in Fairborn as a kid in the 70’s. Col. Glenn Hwy. got it’s name in the 60’s. My Dad worked in a office park just off it for years.
