My parents NEVER lied about Santa, and I never believed in Santa. That said, they’d still sign some gifts as from Santa, which was they’re way of saying from both of them.

I never felt my parents lied to me about Santa...When I realized there was no Santa and that it was all a part of the Holiday...No problem with at all...

That is how our family was/is. The “Santa” gifts are gifts for the house or family. This year we bought hammered copper barware for our Palm Springs house and its ‘from Santa’, or my grandfather would buy lamps that my grandmother wanted and it was ‘from Santa’. It was more of an inside joke. Even as a kid the ‘santa’ gifts were ones that I had to share (like a board game for the family)
