If the author lists garlic as a flavor ..how could she leave out onions?. I can’t imagine American cooking without onions!
Exactly. Onions are a root plant. I can grow them here in Arizona! I can grow potatoes here, too! A little potato salad with paprika on top (the red pepper variety of paprika). Most fabulous.
