I didn’t know what it was, once, then my kiddo wanted some, when we had Chinese food. I wouldn’t go near it with a barge pole! It’s so kind of VERY hot, hot sauce, as far as I can tell.
Thanks. I will stay far away from this substance. Used to love hot food, still do, but am forbidden to eat it with my recently diagnosed Barrett’s Disease. Dang it.
