Curry isn’t a particular spice. The main ingredient in curry powder is turmeric.

PSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSST....Hungarian paprika ( the ONLY real kind! ) is always red. The stupid Turkish kind is brownish.

Technically, both chili and curry powder are blends of other spices.

While we’re at it, can we throw in basil, cominos, oregano and rosemary? There are more but those are all used at least a coupla times/week here.

Yummy! Egg nog. Reminds me of Christmas. I have an itsy bitsy spice “thingy” to shave pure nutmeg on top of egg nog, which I hate, but love the aroma!
