I eased away from leftist friends about 10 years ago. It has worked out well.
To all, I’m not going to give up any friends over religion, politics, or anything else. I’ve learned that people are very interesting creatures when it comes to beliefs/perceptions. We truly are a diverse species. It’s important to listen and understand as throwing stones without complete understanding is savage. Nevertheless I’m astounded at how so many people will choose to believe falsehoods and close their minds to truth :( I think we all do it to some extent. But our lives will be better if we strive to eschew false perceptions and believe in reality. I thank those who chose to give thoughtful responses :)
