I uninstalled Chrome and re-installed twice ... freezes and crashes.
So it is now uninstalled and I'm using Firefox with no glitches.

Clean the cache, malware scan, delete the software then delete any folders with that name under c:\users\$USERID\appdata and c:\Program files
