I hope tonights episode is good. I’ve suffered through two banal, boring episodes so far.

The Walking Dead? There’s already a TV show about Clinton supporters?

I stopped watching end of season 5 only because I was busy with other things.

I watched first 5 eps of season 7 and am appalled by the lack of action and the repetitive, formulaic scripts.

Typical: character wanders off or is separated. Character meets up with this or that commune of survivors with quirky leader and must decide to fit in or to disrupt the tenuous harmony.

This year’s baddie employs the Fallacy Of The Talking Killer on a frequent basis. I have no spoiler knowledge but it doesn’t require a psychic to know that he will meet a sticky end at Rick’s hands just like a previous season’s church episode.

It just sickens me to watch Darryl get beaten up by Nagen cronies grrrrrrr. I wish I could rescue him. LOL I read Nagen character will continue on Season 7. Looks like 2 more episode left for this season to end. So things should start boiling over.

I posted last week a similar comment. Too many of these apocalyptic tv series run the same script/formula. Aftermath, FWD, TWD, Z Nation, etc. They travel and encounter one evil group after another.

I finally got around to watching Wayward Pines (FOX), and it turned out to be pretty good. At least it wasn't so predictable and formulaic. Some of the revelations in season 2 were a bit far-fetched, however.

I know I’ve been referring to the series extras as well
as their real life counterparts as ‘walking deadocrats’
for a few seasons. Others have made similar comments.
But your humor is taken in the spirit in which it is
given.

I know they are trying to follow the comic books buy right now there is took much going on. Too many location specific episodes. You can find a show timeline and see that it was about 6 months ago show time that the prison fell, but teal time it was three seasons ago. That why baby Judith ain’t growing up. The first baby that played her is probably in grade school now.

I snuck a peak at the comments on this thread weeks ago and found out they were torturing Daryl, so I did not watch it and just read the recaps and listened to the podcast.

It really is too much to bear sometimes. But I am interested. Here is a link to what I enjoy. Just a couple of Canadian fans recapping and commenting. I listen to it as a fall asleep.

Also, last night my husband and I watched a pretty good zombie movie from Korea. He usually hates this genre, but he liked the characters. I thought it was very suspenseful. ( I love Korean dramas, too!)
