Myself and the wife have watched the show for a number of years. The Gaines are huge Baylor fans as I believe they meet while attending school. Chip does go a bit over the top at times clowning around, but overall it's an OK show.
They both went to Baylor, but they met at her dad’s tire shop. She just came back to Waco since she was the only conservative on CBS news staff (and I think the only conservative in New York City).
