And you aren’t being squashed with all the neighbors and no stairs to climb when the elevators break down. Bet you have a good water well without all those city chemicals. No pollution alert days. No noisy city sirens 24/7. No muggings on the way out the front door. And you can relax on your back porch and grill a steak without getting permission from the complex manager or the HOA dictating what color curtains you hang.

Had a water well when we moved in and had to treat and filter is to take out the heavy iron bacteria - close to the coast and the water isn't all that good. Moved to city water and sewage (by edict) about 4 years ago and it sucked (color of tea) but the y put in a reverse osmosis system and it has been a lot better - still use a Black Berkey filter for drinking water but it seems OK straight from the tap too.
It is nice to be able to fire up the grill and cook some dead cow though.
