I was banned for being a "never-Trumper" and now I am back.

Well, Trump won. I actually voted for him - as I always have (conservative losers VS. leftists) but I doubted his long-term political survival.
I was wrong. I do not apologize for my taste but I will admit he was the best candidate.
Now, it remains to be seen if he will be what all [C]onservatives want/wish/pray for him to be.
Given some of his apparent appointments, I am not too sure.
We shall see.
If you want to flame me, go ahead. I have a all-brick home and I couldn't care less. Blow, my big, bad wolves and see if I care.
Oh, and by the way, if the T-man dissapoints y'all down the road, well, let's just say: 'Welcome to American politics in the 21st century'.
You're a great site, FR, and I still love the news. Your population, however, isn't quite what it was in the mid-90's.

NeverTrump? Trump is already a better president than Obama, and Hillary was destined to surpass Obama in fecklessness. The greats are always underestimated at first. Trump will be fine. To start with, Trump loves America. That separates him from ANY Democrat.

First of all, welcome back! Nobody is ever totally right or wrong - we all navigate the messy business of life as best we can.
As a Freeper who fully expects himself to flame out and to deliver his “opus” at one time or the other, I politely ask you to repost you “opus” and to please let us know what you still are passionate about and what you have changed you mind on. I’m still here. Met you at a Jason Lewis rally at the capitol in 2003. Was there with my husband and then young son. Enge had him playing a drum. A bunch of us Freepers went to O’Gara’s afterwards for lunch. Those were the days. Also met up with MN Freepers at Minnehaha Falls in 2004. Enge had his “Say No to War with Iowa” sign there. We had a pretty good gathering there, 30 or so people.
I’m on the Trump train and have been from the start. I think he’s the antidote to much of what is wrong in this country today due to putrid Obama. I approve of most of Trump’s appointments wholeheartedly.
