Fraud-magnet. There is a very thin line between realism and cynicism! I (like you, evidently) am typically very skeptical BUT..., I'll give Dolly the benefit of the doubt! She truly loves the home of her birth and has NO REASON not to lead an effort to assist them!

As a private charity, I think Dolly Parton’s operation will be less prone to fraud than a govt. program. Parton is an astute businesswoman, and I am fully confident that she can screen out the scammers.
