I was just given a Ghiradelli 100% cacao bar. I started munching on it before I read “premium baking bar”, “unsweetened chocolate”.

If you are ever in southern NH, you must stop at the Lindt factory outlet in Stratham. Good stuff.
They make the Lindt truffles there. ;P
