12th Amendment:
“the greatest Number of votes for President, shall be the President, if such number be a majority of the whole number of Electors appointed.”

If the Dems tie up all three states (MI-16, WI-10, and PA-20), so they can’t appoint their electors, they will argue that there are 538 Electoral Votes and Trump doesn’t have 270.

The problem in the legislatures is how many of the Republican members are GOPe?

Yeah that’s what I said!

I think the ones in the legislature now lean more trap party the GOPe party.

No, if a state's results are in dispute, that means the electors have not been appointed. So the required number to win is no longer 270, but less than that. Whoever has a majority of the electors appointed is the winner.
