I think part of their game plan is that they would love to get him below 300 EV. It’s a huge psychological barrier - everyone knows he needed 270 and his winning total actually has a “3” as the first digit, which gives the impression of a landslide in many minds. They’d love to get his total down so they can say he “barely” won the EV.
That’s what I’ve been thinking too when all this recount crap started. Along with the LSM constantly reporting Hitlery winning the popular vote & the snowflakes will continue to protest. Trump not the legit elected POTUS is their goal.
