This is a document (no images) that someone claims to have hacked/stolen from one of the pizza places involved.
Could be sick, sick humor. Could be worse:
The full brochure or promotional item contained graphic sexual images which were removed before this was shared.
I hope after authorities investigate no children were harmed and this has all been some sick fiction. I just want the investigation to happen and clear it up one way or the other, especially if children are currently in jeopardy.

Someone noticed that behind the ‘singer’ performer writhing on the floor covered in blood you can see a ping pong table in the background. On top of the table is a cage or some sort.
What (or who) was intended for the cage?
