Wife is making another monster pepper/tomato casserole with peppers picked yesterday. We might have escaped the freeze since it looks like our overnight low was 34. The big lake in our front yard is still in the 60s and steaming each morning.
That sounds like the ideal holiday setting, with steam coming off the lake , serene and peaceful.
