Yep, if the first black president goes through with this and his legacy, all based on liberalism/socialism, will be forever known as the dishonorable president who pardoned extreme corruption, left the country in steep decline and told the American people f off.
They don’t have a choice to accept or reject a pardon. A pardon would be Hussein saying that Mrs Bill committed crimes.
I does not hinder prosecutions for whatever acts she did that contravene state laws in the relevant jurisdictions.
In fact, this guy can go ahead and pardon Clinton, but we’re still going to find out the truth and broadcast it to the world!
He’s going to need to pardon himself and all WH staff, because I strongly suspect every one of them uses private email and sends classified material on it.
It has occurred to me that it would be best for Mrs Bill to be pardoned and everyone else ignored. It would suddenly make it obvious all around that Podesta and Band and a whole lot of etc are criminals and need prosecuting. Mrs Bill is not, herself dangerous, not any more. The rest of the gang are still dangerous and poised to do a lot more damage domestically and abroad. Perhaps we can get Soros, finally. Don’t even need to prosecute him, just extradite him.

For once I agree with Jackson.
An Obama pardon for Hillary is the absolute BEST thing that could happen for President Trump and the Republicans, and the absolute worst thing that could happen to Obama, Clinton and the Democrats.
Here’s why:
1. A blanket pardon for Hillary and some or all of her minions would be a MAJOR, permanent stain on Obama’s “legacy”; basically the explanation point on his failed policies that will soon be undone and/or fixed by President Trump.
2. Pardoning Hillary is likely to create a major backlash and likely to do MAJOR damage to the Democrat party as such a pardon is proof-positive that the Democrat standard-bearer did in fact commit major crimes and repeatedly lie about it to the public. People will trust the Democrats even less than they do now, rightfully believing that the system is truly rigged for the elite, allowing them to get away with committing major crimes that ordinary mortals would be imprisoned for.
3. Pardoning Hillary removes a major tar-baby in President Trump’s path that would otherwise distract him from his agenda. A pardon by Obama allows Trump and the Republicans to have talked tough without actually having to take tough action, while also being able to blame crooked obama and the crooked Democrats for tying their hands.
So, Obama, I say go for it while you still can!
The media would do their best to downplay it -- and they have four years to bury it.

We should all remember that "love Trumps hate". Just reading your posts has triggered my reactive emotions, so I must now retire to seek out an appropriate safe space.
That’s how I figured it would go anyway. Other countries send ex-govt officials to prison, we don’t. I can’t blame a guy new to politics for saying that he’d prosecute Hillary during the campaign but it just won’t happen. He’ll be counseled that it’s not good to look THAT vindictive and bitter. The Demos hated Bush and there was no shortage of them that wanted to throw him in the clinker for trumped-up war crimes. That didn’t happen. The UN toyed with the idea, kept trumpeting that the war was NEVER a good idea, and dropped it after somebody sober with an IQ higher than the average UN turnip told them: YOU voted on it and YOU approved it unanimously, now you’re going to try to prosecute him for doing what YOU wanted? Good luck with that!
In the end, Pres. Trump will convene a blue-ribbon commission to study it, look at what all happened, submit a 500 page report for history and people to read, and call it done.
What are you talking about? I was referring to if she were pardoned. And btw, the new guy to politics as you described Trump, annihilated all the career political experts. Blew them off the stage. Made them look like bumbling 3rd rate amateurs.

Absolutely. I’m just saying that sometimes things get said during a campaign that aren’t always do-able (either no procedure for it or they’d never get past the resistance to do it). I don’t think Trump is going to try to run the imperial presidency that 0 did.
