The president has less than NOTHING at all to do re abortion and he and Trump are two of a kind. Rudy LOVES this nation, is far more Conservative than anyone here is willing to say, except for me and a very few others, and unlike Trump, whom I have backed since day 1, actually has political experience.

I was giving one example. He was not going to be able to sell himself to the party base because he was not a Conservative. He was also asking way too much of GOP voters that he would suddenly support an agenda and appoint individuals as President in complete opposition to his ideology as Mayor. If he had taken the stance, “Hey, I had to be a left-winger in order to be elected NYC Mayor !” one could rightly question, “So you’re pretending to be a Conservative now in order to get the nomination ?” Who was the real Rudy ? Because this is the textbook definition of political opportunism that we have grown so sick and tired of.
