OK I suppose loyalty requires some reward. Make Bolton US Ambassador to the Czech Republic. Nice honorary position with minimal risk of him starting a war.

Gingrich's support was of the "in name only". Gingrich tried to
stab Trump in the back at his weakest point, which is exactly the purpose of Gingrich's attempts at insinuating himself into Trump's circle.
The guy could wear a "I plan to stab you in the back" T-shirt and have a tattoo on his forehead with the same text, and some people STILL wouldn't figure it out.

I think Trump prizes loyalty above all else. A loyal follower will do what you ask even if it is not their preference. That is what I choose to believe at this time. If that changes, I will change my opinion.
