2 provisions of pre-existing conditions and age of responsibility for coverage are not “keeping Obamacare”.

There was a pre-existing conditions provision prior to ObamaCare that was covered by state pools.

Given the age at which dependents actually finish education and go into jobs, I don’t really have a problem with 26.

That’s high school, college, and grad school for those in many fields, so I’m not really invested in an earlier age.

Nor is this keeping ObamaCare.

Also, young adults 18-26 don’t care much about medical care and so wouldn’t sign up. It is the parents who understand there is Still Danger and so they are more Motivated to pay. Let them.
