I have heard the term, but please explain “budget reconciliation” for me and any other uninformed readers. I hope you’re right!By Senate Rules, it only takes 51 votes to 'giterdone' using budget reconciliation, becasue that is how it was passed.
Effective, Republican don't have a senate majority for getting things done. The RINO's effectively count as Democrats, McConnell being the chief one.
Unless they can ALL be strong-armed into a reconciliation repeal, there is no majority.
