Shorter games, meaning get rid of instant replay, except in the last two minutes of each half. Bad calls cancel each other out over the course of time.

Agreed, instant replay is good to have if it comes down to a game-winning or game-losing play, but it is overly intrusive. Also, police your own and don’t allow tantrum throwers to desecrate the Star Spangled Banner on your watch. They can do whatever they wish on their own time, but the NFL has every right to enforce a behavior clause against these dipweasels.

I watched a DVD of the Cowboys win over the 49ers in the 1992 NFC Championship game. Without replay, the officials got every call right. Without replay, they officials were under pressure to perform better. With replay, they’ve become sloppy and lazy.
