The Lake of Fire doesn't have one either.
“Death” and “hell” are cast into this Lake.
Philosophically I’ve wondered if this Lake is actually more of the same light that fills heaven, but it is falling upon entities (demons and damned human souls) that cannot withstand this light. What would be goodness to completely saved souls is destruction to damned ones.
