For your perusal...

In 1967, the CIA Created the Label "Conspiracy Theorists" ... to Attack Anyone Who Challenges the "Official" Narrative

b. To employ propaganda assets to and refute the attacks of the critics. Book reviews and feature articles are particularly appropriate for this purpose. The unclassified attachments to this guidance should provide useful background material for passing to assets. Our ploy should point out, as applicable, that the critics are (I) wedded to theories adopted before the evidence was in, (II) politically interested, (III) financially interested, (IV) hasty and inaccurate in their research, or (V) infatuated with their own theories.

“I’m wondering “why don’t he write?””

I lose interest in conspiracy nonsense and this case is just that. This stuff will only detract from very real events at Pedo Island if hard evidence involving the Clintons is forthcoming. Friends of mine researched and wrote extensively on McMartin and related cases for the Christian Research Institute. They interviewed detectives, FBI profilers, all sorts of people involved in investigating these cases. Franklin has the earmarks of belonging to that same cluster. The right time period, accusations of sexual abuse and Satanic ritual, and when the pressure is on the absence of corroborating evidence to validate the charges. There’s a message when two grand juries aren’t impressed.

What a load of BS you spin! You were all out to 'disprove me' yet when I fight back you turn tail and run, just like you have done before.

There’s a message when two grand juries aren’t impressed.

What happened next is amazing. Instead of indictments of the accused perpetrators to develop cases against them, both Douglas County and Federal Grand Juries ordered the thousands of files to be sealed, declined to interview dozens of witnesses, and then brought charges of perjury against Alisha Owens.33
Both Grand Juries concluded that Troy Boner and Alisha Owens had indeed been abused, but claimed that the adults they testified against were innocent! Alisha Owens was later found guilty of perjury, and sentenced to between 9 and 15 years. She ended up spending two years in solitary confinement, more than any other woman in Nebraska history, and a clear message to other victims: Stay silent.34

Isn't that odd when a special prosecutor could persuade a grand jury to "indict a ham sandwich."

I”What a load of BS you spin! You were all out to ‘disprove me’ yet when I fight back you turn tail and run, just like you have done before. “

I somehow suspect that you have more than a little expertise in BS. Intentional or not. Since I don’t consider analyzing the merits of a case to be a fight I wasn’t aware that I was engaged in one. I lost interest in this thread a couple of days ago once it became apparent that this was one of the evidence-free Satanism/Child Sexual Abuse stories from the late ‘80s.

The lack of evidence is why the grand juries wouldn’t touch it. And it’s why two of the plaintiffs were convicted of perjury. If you were to be charged with a crime I suspect that even you would become a staunch defender of the necessity of evidence.

Apparently Alex Jones and InfoWars is why the Franklin case has been resurrected from the dead. Jones is trying to use Franklin as “proof” of his belief that elites who rule the world are part of a widespread Satanic conspiracy.

Jones thinks that a default judgement of a million bucks awarded to Paul Bonacci against King proved Bonacci’s allegations. It didn’t, there was no defense offered by King, it was a default judgment, and this was a civil trial, not a criminal one. King did not appear in court to offer a defense, not surprising since at the time he was a guest of the federal prison system serving a 15 year sentence for embezzlement and fraud and he was already bankrupt.

You thought you would catch a novice on the issue which is why you asked if I was familiar with it.
Is Franklin something you know about already?
Puuuuulease! You tried to buffalo me and roll me over and you failed spectacularly. Now you're trying to justify your actions and it isn't working with me.
And read what I said...when I fight back. Twisting my words. It fits you.

You didn't "analyze" anything. You came on the thread asserting Franklin or McMartin were old conspiracy nonsense.
Bringing up old conspiracy nonsense like Franklin or McMartin isn’t helpful.

Yet Pedophile Island?
Pedophile Island looks like it is very real.

Looks like you pick and choose what you want to believe in, evidence be damned.

Apparently Alex Jones and InfoWars is why the Franklin case has been resurrected from the dead.
You're reaching. Resorting to guilt by association is pretty pathetic.

This sounds exactly like the McMartin Preschool hysteria that occurred around the same time. That one included little kids claiming that a horse had been butchered and buried in the schoolyard.

Actually the boy claimed Ray Buckey killed the horse at a ranch. Not in the school yard.

That could be. The “investigators” had claimed that Raymond Buckey had beaten the reputed horse to death in front of a group of the children, so I had remembered it as being at the school itself.

Either way no trace of the dead horse was ever found. Nor any of the other animals that were claimed to have been ritualistically sacrificed.

I kept holding out hope that we would actually get to see a video of Raymond Buckey flying through the air like a witch, one of my favorite claims in this modern mini-Salem extravaganza. Unfortunately this was in the pre-cellphone era.
