No problem - I wasn't complaining - just allowing some folks to know they had a direct way to insure Jim got their well-wishes.
Except for a 7-week-ago prostate surgery (had cancer that was well contained and all went really well) and an upcoming 14 November hip replacement I feel closer to 40. Been active all my life and wore the hip out running 25K plus miles and have a Bow Flex and treadmill in the workout room (was a guest bedroom but decided to make it useful).
Any luck and I'll have a few years where they don't have to remove or replace any more parts...
Waaaaay better than the alternative...
BTW - Ole Shep (Barry's bathhouse companion) is gloating how even if Trump takes all the tossup States he still loses.
Hope Shep doesn't commit suicide next Wednesday...
Like you I've been pretty active but never 25K runs. My endurance has been swimming and used to teach a few hours of martial arts after work.
