Sound advice. Have been through extreme pressure the past few years. Some of it caused by Feds who did not pay me for my work (several years worth); It about ruined my life. Then Obama destroyed the economy which further affected the demand for the type of work I do. I had to use all my life savings just staying alive, had to sell my home and make a move that was very stressful, then had a life threatening situation but I have faith that God will make a way. I don't think he wants me to be bitter though and wants me to be positive and upbeat so that's where I am headed. It does no good to take things lying down because you will get run over.
Exercise ALWAYS helps. Get those endorphins flowing and they will change how you think and feel. Just adding my .02 to the pile.
