My millionaire Aunt who live 1400 miles away used to send me a birthday card with a $10 check every year. Some might have scoffed at the amount of the check, I was thrilled she took the time to get a card and send it. If Hillary never even met these people, then shame on her. As far as helping them, that could have come in a bunch of ways they didn't involve cash money.

I think you’d have to be a special kind of uncaring person to have not even bothered to meet your own niece.
