This couple had a BEAR-Y special guest at their wedding as a giant furry friend turned up.
Denis and Nelya, both 30, from Moscow, invited brown bear Stepan along to their very special ceremony.
As well as witnessing the couple exchange vows, the bear also played the role of registrar at one point.
Denis said: "We both knew Stepan is a very kind bear but still it is a huge, unpredictable animal so we were a bit scared, but still happy to be able to make our dream come true.
"It was a fantastic experience to have this photoshoot with Stepan.
"It is such a special feeling to hug a real, huge bear, and you cannot compare it to anything else.
"We will absolutely remember this day forever."
The wedding was captured by Russian photographer Olga Barantseva.
This is the first time I’ve seen a brown bear officiate a wedding!
You learn something new every day.
What kind of bear have uou seen officiate a wedding?
And he lifts his big foot up
And he puts his big foot down
And bows
And twirls
And dances round and round
Was he also the ring-bear?
That. is. so. bad...
Ir was a Kodiak moment.
Was the bear also on the Honeymoon, when everyone bared it?
What is the bear truth about this love triangle?
Was he the anti-Smokey and had a cigarette afterwards?
I just can’t bare/bear the suspense. Quick. Someone get my a copy of the latest National Enquirer.
Russians are crazy. Englishrussia.com if you don’t believe me... Hilariousness ensues!
The problem here is that people want to be friends with bears, but bears don’t particularly want to be friends with us.
My suggestion — get a really big dog, maybe a St. Bernard or Newfoundland.
Even with the misspelling, I award you points!
The real crime here is that the groom’s pants clash with the bride’s dress.
Unacceptable, even in a 3rd world country like Russia.
Do not go about unarmed in bear country--Col. Jeff Cooper
One person had a heart attack and someone tried to do CPR without a license. The bear put her in handcuffs. It was Kodiak arrest.
