Yes, that is damning. Also it demolishes the Clinton lie (of too many to count) that the material was retroactively classified. In fact the opposite is true, the material was retroactively downgraded.
Hoft needs to get a grip. He’s doing himself and others a disservice. He pulls these stunts a lot. Time was I enjoyed going there. Not recently. He’s either deliberately obscuring the facts or is incredibly lazy and unwilling to research.
