Certainly shows Podesta reaching out to the White House Chief of Staff and asking for a return call to a personal phone(?) outside of official communications channels in Feb 20016.

How many people have that sort of access?

So what happened on Feb 19 2016 that caused John Podesta to email the Whie House Chief of Staff requesting a private phone call?

Well... consider this:

State Dept. Press briefing that day.

"TRANSCRIPT:

12:45 p.m. EST

MR TONER: Hey, guys. Welcome to the State Department for a Friday briefing.

I’m going to – I’ve got to be a little bit disciplined here, I apologize. I said 12:30. I’m a little late on that, but a couple of things at the top and then I’ll get to your questions.

So first of all, today at approximately 6 p.m., the department plans to produce approximately 1,000 additional pages of former Secretary Clinton’s emails. As you know, we received instructions from the court to produce emails this past Saturday, which we did, as well as provide additional information – rather, additional interim productions today and on February 26th, before completing the entire production by February 29th. So we take our obligations to the court very seriously and are making every effort to comply with this order....
