I know Judge Napolitano is a favorite of many on here, but, in my humble opinion, he's just makes s**t up about 80% of the time to throw some red meat to us Conservatives and keep getting invited back on the news shows. (Pretty much like what Dick Morris use to do before he finally lost what little credibility he had and Fox canned him...Romney landslide anyone?).
I remember back all last year Napolitano's mysterious "sources" inside the FBI had told him an indictment was coming down against Hillary any day - Not True. That Hillary's inner circle had plea bargained and were going to testify against Hillary - Not True. And that if Hillary wasn't indicted there would be a massive revolt at the FBI and Comey and most of the upper echelons would resign in protest - Never Happened.

I wrote Napolitano off many years ago when he was spouting off hogwash on Texas law. He was clueless but FOX & Friends were on the edge of their seats eating it up.

Agree. Usually am a fan of the Judge...but, for some reason, he’s been a bit squishy regarding the ILLary email scandal.

I agree with you. I give Nappy no credibility. He is a lightweight if you fact check him.
