This is one of those cases where a truly beautiful woman doesn’t conform to the body type that is currently in vogue.
Some of the contestants make the sacrifice they need to make to meet the body image of the contest. This is fine. The competition is fierce. I admire drive and dedication. But, most girls (and people) are not in such competition, at least not for long. And, besides, the image currently in vogue in beauty pageants is not the only truly beautiful image. So, regarding body type, within the range of what is healthy, it is important to be happy with who you are, work with what you have, not have to continue indefinitely with the regimen you may need when in competition, but have a healthy balance in your life.
